Got a Tech Question? Ask Digital Den — No Question Is Too Small
Stuck on Wi-Fi, a stubborn update, or a suspicious email? Send us your everyday tech question on our new Ask Digital Den page. No account needed, and no question is too small.

Back when Digital Den was a store you could walk into, the best part of the day was the questions. Some were deep conversations about networks, code, or the latest gadget. Others were simple and just as important, like a couple who couldn't figure out why their email to their kids wouldn't send. Every one of those questions mattered, because every one of them was getting in the way of something people cared about.
We're bringing that counter back, online. Our new Ask Digital Den page lets you send us your tech question. You don't need an account, and you don't need to know the right words for the problem. Just tell us what's going on.
What kind of questions?
Anything that's bugging you about the technology in your everyday life. For example:
- "My Wi-Fi works in the kitchen but drops out in the bedroom. Why?"
- "My phone says the storage is full, but I don't know what to delete."
- "I got an email that says it's from my bank. Is it real?"
- "My computer keeps asking me to install an update. Should I?"
- "What's the easiest way to share photos with my family?"
How it works
Type your question and, if you like, tell us what kind of device you're using. That one detail often saves a lot of back-and-forth. Then choose what you'd like: a personal reply, an email when your question is answered on the site, or permission for us to share your question publicly so others can learn from it too. If we share it, we only show your first name or "A reader." Your email address is never shown.
Good questions often turn into full articles here on Digital Den. That means your question could end up helping a lot of other people who have been stuck on the very same thing.
No question is too small
If it's bugging you, it's almost certainly bugging someone else too. So go ahead: ask your question on the Ask Digital Den page. We're looking forward to hearing from you.
