Building a Book Using AI
Based on this rendering of a photo I took in Pisgah National Forest. I wrote the poem (in an upcoming post) 10 years ago this month. Always thought about making it into a book of some type.

Follow Downstream from a photograph and a simple story idea to a finished children’s book. Along the way, we’ll explore how AI, photography, illustration, design, publishing tools, and plenty of human judgment come together, including the mistakes, surprises, and do-overs that happen when you use new technology to make something real.
